They govern the contractual relationship between you (the customer) and Nagomi no Zen, operated by Horizon Insights ApS, as the seller of goods and services.

We offer Japanese tea, tea utensils, and related products.
Product descriptions, prices, availability, and packaging may be updated from time to time without prior notice. While we strive to ensure that all information on our website is accurate and up to date, errors or omissions may occur.
Images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.

4. Orders and Payments
Orders can be placed through our online store. Once an order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Payment must be completed at the time of purchase using the available payment methods displayed at checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, technical errors, or other irregularities.

5. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship within Denmark and selected EU countries.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, customs procedures, or force majeure events.
Ownership of the goods passes to the customer upon full payment. The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds
Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened food products cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect.
Unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods and will be issued using the original payment method.

7. Food Products, Best Before Dates, and Storage
Our products include food items, primarily Japanese tea and related consumables.
Due to the nature of food products, the following additional conditions apply:
Best Before Dates:
All food products are labeled with a “best before” date in accordance with applicable EU and Danish food regulations.
The best before date indicates the period during which the product retains optimal quality when stored under recommended conditions. It does not necessarily indicate a safety-related expiration date.
Storage Instructions:
Customers are responsible for storing products in accordance with the storage instructions provided on the product packaging and/or on our website.
Typical recommendations include storing products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat, and strong odors.
We cannot be held responsible for changes in product quality resulting from improper storage after delivery.
Product Quality and Natural Variations:
As our products are natural agricultural products, variations in color, aroma, taste, or appearance may occur between batches. Such variations do
not constitute a defect.
Returns and Food Safety:
For reasons of food safety and hygiene, food products cannot be returned once the original packaging has been opened, unless the product is defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect.
Customers are encouraged to inspect food products upon receipt and to contact us promptly if there are any issues.
Allergens and Ingredients:
Ingredient information is provided on the product packaging and/or on the relevant product description pages.
Customers with allergies or sensitivities are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before purchase.
