Brewing Recommendations

4 gram of tea leaves | 200 ml water

First Infusion

  • Water temperature: 70–80°C
  • Steeping time: 1–1.5 minutes

A lower temperature brings out the tea’s natural sweetness and delicate umami.

Second Infusion

  • Water temperature: 90°C
  • Steeping time: 30 seconds

A slightly bolder brew with a richer aroma and a pleasant touch of bitterness.

Third Infusion – Refreshing Cold Brew

  • Add cold water or ice to the tea leaves.
  • Let it steep for at least 3 hours.

The result is a wonderfully refreshing iced tea with a smooth, crisp finish—perfect for a warm day.
