2. Food Products

 

For reasons of food safety and hygiene, food products (including tea) cannot be returned once the original packaging has been opened, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-food items, such as tea utensils, may be returned if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
